TERMS AND CONDITIONS MR.THURSDAY
LEGAL TERMS – “MR. THURSDAY AR CHALLENGE”
1. Organizer
This promotional activity (the “Promotion”) is organized by GETAFE THE STYLE OUTLETS (the “Organizer”), within the framework of the Style Club loyalty program, and takes place in participating The Style Outlets shopping centers.
2. Scope and Duration
The Promotion applies exclusively in Spain and will be carried out in participating The Style Outlets shopping centers in each edition.
The Promotion is activated during Super Thursday, generally defined as the last Thursday of each month.
Depending on each edition, the Promotion may:
• Be limited to that Thursday only.
• Extend until Saturday or Sunday depending on each center’s opening days.
The exact duration of each edition (the “Promotion Period”) will be communicated through the center’s official materials and channels. The “Promotion Period” refers to the specific days during which the Promotion is active in each edition.
The Promotion may be subject to a maximum number of rewards per center. Once this limit is reached, it may be closed.
3. Promotion Mechanics
To participate, users must fulfill all of the following requirements:
• Access the game by scanning QR codes located in the shopping center, which redirect to a specific microsite
• Log in or register using their Style Club credentials
• Locate the “Mr. Thursday” figures in stores designated by the Organizer, clearly identified within the center
• Scan the corresponding QR codes, visiting a minimum of 6 stores
• Once the interaction is completed, upload a valid purchase receipt from Getafe The Style Outlets via The Style Outlets app, using the same email address used to access the game
• Go to the center’s Info Point for final validation
The allocation of the reward will be subject to verification in accordance with these conditions.
Participation does not guarantee obtaining the reward if the established requirements are not met.
Additional participant obligations:
• Ensure the accuracy and authenticity of the information and documents provided
• Use the Promotion diligently and in accordance with these conditions
• Refrain from manipulating, interfering with, or attempting to alter the operation of the microsite, the app, or the QR codes
The Organizer may carry out additional verifications to ensure compliance with these conditions and prevent fraudulent use.
Participation does not guarantee obtaining the reward if all requirements are not met.
Participants must keep their purchase receipt(s), which may be requested by the Center at any time. They will be required to submit them within fifteen (15) calendar days from the request. Failure to do so may result in removal from the program.
Users who experience issues validating points in person or via the app must go to the Center’s Info Point or contact the staff via WhatsApp, or send an email with a photo of the receipt(s) to: styleclub@neinver.com.
4. Purchase Receipt Conditions
The receipt must:
• Be issued during the Promotion Period at Getafe The Style Outlets
• Correspond to a purchase made in any store within the participating shopping center
• Be complete, legible, and unaltered
The receipt must be uploaded and validated within the Promotion Period.
Only one (1) receipt per user per Promotion Period is allowed.
The Organizer reserves the right to:
• Reject duplicate, fraudulent, or invalid receipts
• Verify their authenticity and request additional information
• Carry out anti-fraud checks, including verification with stores in the center
• Deny participation if inconsistencies, alterations, or signs of fraud are detected
5. Reward
The reward consists of:
150 Style Club points, equivalent to a €5 discount on future purchases within the Style Club loyalty program
Conditions:
• The reward is fixed and does not depend on chance or any random mechanism
• Points are part of the Style Club loyalty program
• Points are not redeemable for cash
• Points expire at the end of the month following their issuance
• Maximum of one (1) reward per user per Promotion Period
• The Organizer may withhold or cancel the reward in case of fraud or non-compliance
6. Participation Requirements
Participation is free of charge.
Requirements:
• Have a mobile device with internet access
• Be registered in Style Club
• Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age applicable in Spain)
The Organizer will exclude:
• Employees of Neinver, GETAFE THE STYLE OUTLETS, stores within the center, or related third parties
• Participants who breach these conditions or act abusively or in bad faith
7. Technical Limitations
The Organizer is not responsible for:
• Failures in QR code scanning
• Device compatibility issues
• Errors in the system, microsite, or app
• Network interruptions or incidents
• Any technical circumstance beyond its reasonable control
Participants are responsible for having the necessary technical means to participate.
8. Fraudulent Use
The Organizer may disqualify users who:
• Use manipulated, duplicated, or fraudulent receipts
• Attempt to bypass the Promotion mechanics
• Interfere with the operation of the microsite, app, or QR codes
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct, contrary to good faith or proper use of the app
• Violate the rules of the Style Club program or participating centers
The Organizer may adopt additional verification measures to ensure regulatory compliance and the integrity of the Promotion.
9. Data Protection
Participants’ personal data will be processed in accordance with Neinver’s Privacy Policy, available by adding “/politica-de-privacidad” to the specific website URL of the shopping center. The outlets will not manage participants’ personal data and will assume no responsibility for such information.
10. Modification or Cancellation
The Organizer may modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time and/or for any reason, without generating any right to compensation. Changes may be made without prior notice and will not entail any liability for Neinver, S.A.U.
The game will end once the maximum number of users per center is reached.
11. Acceptance
Participation implies full acceptance of these Terms and of Neinver S.A.U.’s decisions in resolving any issue or incident arising from the promotions or benefits. Any total or partial refusal to accept these Terms will result in the participant’s exclusion, and Neinver, S.A. or the owner of any participating The Style Outlets center will be released from any obligation toward that participant.
Participation in the Promotion implies full acceptance of these conditions and of the rules of the Style Club program, to which all participants must belong.
